At the Andover School Committee Meeting on Thursday, April 27, members of the School Committee voted to recommend approval of private warrant articles 57 & 58 at Town Meeting. After discussion and public statements, member Shannon Scully filed the motion as follows, “I move that the Andover School Committee vote to recommend approval of articles 57 and 58 on the Town Meeting warrant as it relates to the overall impact to our schools,” and the motion was seconded by Vice Chairman Susan McCready. The final vote was 3-0-2.
