Assuming this is granted, the developer would like to move as quickly as possible to break ground and the earliest that could happen is between 12-24 months, most likely around 18 months.
After breaking ground, the project is a phased project and final construction is expected to take approximately 30-36 months to complete.
So it appears this project will take approximately 5 years to final completion.
