The developer has proposed to add additional improvements to the neighborhoods directly affected by this development, most of which are in Southwestern Andover off Osgood Street, the Dascomb Road neighborhoods and the Sanborn School district.
The list below contains statements from the developer about specific items that will be addressed as part of the project to help these neighborhoods:
- Add sidewalks down Osgood Street to benefit the residents on Osgood and the streets off Osgood to provide safe walkways all the way down to the proposed developments.
- Commitment to add sidewalks down Dascomb Road from the development east under I-93 all the way to Osgood street which would then create continuous sidewalks (with a crossing at Lovejoy) down to Clark Road.
- TEC (Rick Friberg) has talked up sidewalk separation from street traffic such as a green buffer, etc
Points to Consider:
The developer has indicated he will do these but is under no legal obligation to do so. We hope to use this site to hold him accountable.
