After night two of town meeting, the Facebook page for The Dascomb Road Project published a letter from the project’s developer Sal Lupoli. In the letter, Lupoli thanks the residents of Andover for allowing him to share his vision, and promises to hold local meetings with residents to “gather input on any plans prior to submission.”
Of note is that he states that he will move forward with a development no matter what happens with the re-zoning vote, as the ID2 zoning at 146 Dascomb Road allows retail, office, and commercial development on the parcel.
