Town Meeting details

The Andover Annual Town Meeting will be held on May 1st & 2nd and, if additional dates are needed, May 8th & 9th.  The meetings will start at 7:00 pm each night in the J. Everett Collins Center Auditorium, Andover High School, Shawsheen Road, Andover, MA.

Copies of the Town Meeting Warrant are available in the Town Clerk’s Office; Town Manager’s Office, Memorial Hall Library and are included in the Finance Committee Report which was sent to each household on or about April 21, 2017.  The Town Meeting Warrant and the Finance Committee Report are also available online and may be accessed from the following link: www.andoverma.gov/townmeeting.

All Town Meeting attendees must be checked into the meeting in the entrance lobby of the Auditorium. Voters must check in at their precinct table.  Residents may visit the Town website at www.andoverma.gov Town Clerk’s page to search for their precinct.  To avoid delays at check in, it is recommended that voters know their precinct before arriving at Town Meeting.

A shuttle bus will be available to take voters to and from the parking lots to the Auditorium on the first two nights of the Town Meeting (May 1^st & 2^nd). Shuttle service will start at 6:15 pm.
