The only town selectman to abstain from the vote supporting the Residential component of this project was Bob Landry. Note: He abstained and did not vote Yes or No.

His main issue is the lack of information and time to properly understand the project and its impact on Andover.
Much of the detail that is in his response is also on this site but he does add some details to fill in some blanks in areas such as the estimates for tax revenue to the town.
Please review this information carefully as it comes from someone who has a much better working knowledge and insight into the inner workings of the town bureaucracy that most of the residents including the editors of this site.
