The developer has issued a new plan which now includes a Soccer field. An email was sent out to the Andover Soccer Association membership yesterday, 4/25/2017, requesting feedback.

The soccer field is located in the northwest corner and is sized for kids from Grade 6 and below.
The field would be an artificial turf field and owned and maintained by the developer.
Questions:
From resident (4/25) Being “receptive” is not the same as committing to the project. What is the developer willing to do in order to guarantee that this happens if the vote goes his way?
From resident (4/24) The area proposed for the field may be considered wetlands. How does the developer intend to address this?
From resident (4/25) Would the developer still include the soccer field if the residential warrant articles do not pass?
